Hi Team,
After 7 weeks of the original post, we finally released the beta version of the Ludus Wallet App. It's simple and easy to use.
What does it do?
The wallet connects with your Metamask wallet to record your Ludus Tokens, Ludus NFTs, and soon Ludus Income tokens.
It also has a transaction history, sends and receives buttons, and my favorite, a *buy* button that directs users directly to our Uniswap pools to trade Ludus Tokens and of course all the details to the marketplace for our NFTs.
The idea of re-writing the app from scratch and starting over with the wallet app is because, from a developer’s perspective, it allows the complete Ludus app to work around the wallet. Just like how you build first the chassis of a car and then add the pieces, well we just built the chassis for a Roadster 2.0.
The wallet will be connected through the ELO tokens to the smart contracts that will yield the Ludus Income tokens to liquidity providers, nodes (including the NFTs), and the players that generate the value with the data of their matches inside the Ludus League.
The app is currently live in the Google Play store you can download it here, and after Apple finishes reviewing its side it will be live in the App Store.
What's next?
We will be updating the Wallet for the bugs to come and add small extra features, while we do that we will continue to develop the complete version of the app with an enhanced U.I. with the features from the current app, this will allow users to have friendlier interactions with the features and continue to strive the idea of seamless crypto earning/betting experience from your phone while you play/compete/train your favorite sport.
We have been working on the new White paper, Website, and Pitch deck for investors. This will attract more investors and possible push the OTC deals
I have also gathered up a team of content creators, that will start creating short-time content for social media (Instagram reels and TikTok).
I'm also in contact with various ex-athletes, professional athletes, coaches, and more to make them part of Ludus, by making them Ambassadors of their respective sport in their respective field and in their area. I have been in contact with a lot of them, but I am personally selecting the ones that I believe will represent and add the most value to Ludus.
Ludus Income pools are being worked on and they will be released before the complete release of the app, we will keep providing updates as necessary.
More Updates
After attending the BTC conference, I realized various things among them BTC maximalism and a lot of people that are just getting started on Bitcoin and have no idea of smart contracts or even how ETH works. However, I met a lot of cool NFT artists and saw Tony Hawk skate and Floyd getting booed for talking about another token in the conference. But, what I really left with was the speech of a guy named Jack Maller, about the legalization of Bitcoin in El Salvador. It really put things in perspective for me as to where we are standing in history and how we are literally making it. Anyway, I thought it was cool enough to share it so here you go.
I think the more time passes the more evident it becomes that we will be in the front line of the crypto mass adoption market among others, as long as we continue to hold this pace of work. For a better future.
