We are 16 days into the pools which started on March 15th. Our pools are working great and we have distributed around 10,000 Ludus tokens out of the total of 33,000. After the completion of the distribution of the tokens, we will start distributing our second token Ludus Income.
Ludus Income (Li)
Li will be distributed to the node staking holders.
Users can stake either their Ludus Genesis NFT’s or their Ludus Token to create a node (1 Ludus token or 1 Ludus Genesis 003).
Why nodes?
Node’s technology allows us to decentralize the verification of matches.
In order to verify the authenticity of a match in the Ludus League and distribute Li fairly, there must be one validator from a node that verifies the result.
In order for a validator to verify a match, they must risk their share of the node
The nodes will have many validators per node, and there are enough tokens to support 36,600 nodes. There will be various nodes per city, which will validate all the scores of the Ludus League that involve Li as a reward, for all the available sports.
The validator must input the score into the app, then each of the two players must check the result for it to be confirmed. After this step is completed, a smart contract will send Li to each player, relative to their new ELO rating in the Ludus League and to the node that verified the result.
The node will then distribute Li to all of their validators.
